Things You’ll Need

1 tablespoon raw cacao nibs
1 scoop brown rice protein powder
1 tablespoon whole chia seeds
1/2 cup almond milk, unsweetened
1 cup kale
1 cup water
1 cup frozen berries
1/2 banana
Blender

Directions

Step 1

Combine chia seeds and 1 cup of water. Soak for 3 minutes.

Step 2

Once the chia seeds are soaked, combine the remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly.
