- 1/4 cup whey protein powder
- 1/4 cup 2% milk
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 3 walnuts, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder (no sugar added)
- Optional: Xanthan gum or arrowroot powder
Combine protein powder, milk and frozen blueberries in a bowl.
Using an electric whisk or mixer, whisk for 5 to 10 minutes, or until a thick and creamy consistency forms.
Top with coconut, cocoa and walnuts.
Serve immediately after preparing.
