Things Needed

  • 1/4 cup whey protein powder
  • 1/4 cup 2% milk
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 3 walnuts, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder (no sugar added)
  • Optional: Xanthan gum or arrowroot powder

Step 1

Combine protein powder, milk and frozen blueberries in a bowl.

Step 2

Using an electric whisk or mixer, whisk for 5 to 10 minutes, or until a thick and creamy consistency forms.

Step 3

Top with coconut, cocoa and walnuts.

Step 4

Serve immediately after preparing.
