Now to keep your shake low in fat, make sure that you use a healthy amount of fruit okay don’t overdo the fruit because too much of a good thing is really a bad thing and fruit actually does contain sugars of course, healthier sugars than say corn syrup or table sugar but you want to make sure that your sugars are within range. So my top recipe includes using a low fat Greek yogurt with almond milk and a tablespoon of almond butter with frozen blueberries. Always make sure if you want to keep your shake low in fat, to have a healthy amount of fruit, don’t overdo it.
