Hi, my name is Stella Metsovas, and today we’re gonna be talking about high protein sources for vegetarians. For all of you wonderful healthy vegetarians out there. Now, you want to make sure that you stay away from processed proteins, like tofu dogs, tofu jerky, they’re just filled with unnatural ingredients, and you really don’t want to have that in your diet. Now the key, key ingredients that are high in protein for a vegetarian are, quinoa, beans, lentils, legumes, nuts and seeds, also nut butters, tempeh, and of course you can supplement with protein powders like brown rice protein powder, one of my favorites, and make up your natural smoothies. So make sure to have key quality protein in your diet as a vegetarian. Toss out all the junk and replace it with all these healthy, protein-rich sources that I just talked about today.
